Initial Conversation
We listen first and take time to understand the participant, their current situation, support needs, routines, preferences and what matters most right now.

Suitability Review
We consider whether Karma is the right fit. This includes support needs, funding, capacity, location, household compatibility and any clinical or behavioural considerations.

Capacity Confirmation
We are clear about whether we have capacity, what may be possible and what further information is needed.

Information Exchange
We gather the right information from the participant, family, Support Coordinator, clinicians or hospital team.

Onboarding & Transition
If Karma is suitable, we plan the start of support carefully so the participant, family and care team know what to expect.
