  • If we don’t understand you, we will ask if you know someone who can help you to tell us.

  • If you don’t have anyone to help, we can help of find someone to help.

  • Sometimes you can understand but can’t tell us.

  • This could be because we are not speaking with you in the right way.

  • We will find the right way to communicate with you.

  • If we think you need help to tell us about how you feel.

  • Or if we think you need help to tell us about something you are not happy about.

  • We will find someone who can help you with this.
